Mike has been an invaluable and loyal member of
Falcon Motorsports for 15 years, joining the team in 1987. As Crew Chief, his leadership,
experience, and expertise have been a crucial element in propelling the team to its
present status. Besides ensuring the car is prepared and always race ready, the all
important chemistry with team members and the public makes this man an indispensable
ingredient in our overall success. |

No stranger to the sport of racing, Russ has
taken his skills in marketing, graphic imaging and computer science and applied them to
the design of the Falcon Motorsports web site. He also designed the Falcon logo which
appears on each web site page and all Falcon Motorsports correspondence. As the creative
member of the team, he has contributed many fresh ideas and helped tremendously in
building our overall program. |
